(More customer reviews)An antique oak washstand had several layers of light blue paint applied to it. After using the the paint remover, quite a bit of paint still remained in the grain of the wood. Used the sander and several different grades of sanding pads. Almost all of the paint was removed, the beautiful grain of the wood was revealed, the stand was smooth and even. If one edge of the pad became used, I was able to removed it, rotate it and use a different edge. Fantastic product!
