(More customer reviews)While sanding wood louvers,the pads started shifting on the Velcro backing. Pad corners melted. Lowes employees tried to help but they don't carry the backing piece or replacement sanding pads!!!! Even though I used the tool for most of this project, it is going back to the store. Who wants a product that continually needs part replacement that have to be ordered and mailed? Shame on Rockwell for not finding this flaw in product testing and shame on Lowes for not having parts on hand.
