(More customer reviews)I had a tiling project to do and wanted to use the Rockwell SonicCrafter to help. It was helpful and did the job I needed it to do, but I wasn't blown away with it. In fact, I had to use my Dremel in conjunction with the SonicCrafter - the Dremel battery lasted much longer and it could do almost as much. But I have used the SonicCrafter for other projects around the house as well and it has proven to be a very handy tool to have. I did have to call and send my two batteries back when they both wore completely out after my tiling project - but Rockwell was great to send me two new batteries without charge. All in all, for the average handy man at home, the SonicCrafter is a useful tool and I'm glad I have it.
